If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by Indian law, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for the settlement of any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
